filling help and cover page

Timeline

im filing AOS I-485, for my fiencee. I-485, I-864, I-131, and I-765. i have fill all the forms and gather most of the documant. i need to make good cover page. can some one give me an example of cover page they file. you can email me. and also on all of this form they are asking for A# and SS#, she dont have neither of two yet. we have applyed for her ss#. and im US citizen i dont have A# but on my citizen certificat there is A#, what should i put there. and also on form I-864 on question 15 they are asking for country of domicile, what to put there. and since i have just file affidavit of support for my fiancee for her interview before she came here. can i use all of that same documant, dated for Octomber 20008 (like job letter, bank letter, pay stub). i still have not file for my tax return for 2008 yet, so can i just use 2007, 2006 and 2005 as same i submitted before for her interview in mumbai.

I-864 country of domicile is (USA), yes you can recycle the evidence you used for the I-134 for the visa.

I simply rewrote the K-Cover letter example for the I-485 package. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Cover_..._for_I-129F.doc

NOTE: I-765 is coded (C )(9 ) based on pending I-485. DO NOT share items, each application (I-485, I-765, I-131) needs to be treated as separate items so separate passport photos for each application.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Here is an example of a cover letter that i used for my 130. just use the same format , even for the 485. it doesn't have to be exactly the same but use it and tweak it whichever way. i followed all the instructions on here and i was approved in 3 months flat. good luck

To Whom It May Concern:

Enclosed please find the form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative for Houssem Ajjel and supporting documents.

Contents of packet includes:

• Application Fee. $355.00

•Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative

-Attachment: stating mailing and physical addresses for both the petitioner and beneficiary

•Documents establishing petitioner’s US citizenship

-Certified copy of birth certificate

-Copy of non-expired US passport

•Certified copy of marriage certificate. (English translated, French translated)

•Copy of marriage certificate (Arabic)

•Certified copy of divorce decree from petitioner

•Form G-325A, Biographic Information (all four pages) with photo of the petitioner

•Form G-325A, Biographc Information (all four pages) with photo of beneficiary

•Evidence of the bona fides of the marital relationship
