I need to know a few things.

I'm following K3 route. My wife has a new passport with married name.

VJers suggested that I use married name of my wife on the DS-230 part I. If I do that, then I also need to fill in the item 14, right? And if I do, then I am counted as someone coming to the US. I am actually a USC in USA.

Please help me out--it's urgent.

You are married and are her spouse, so YES you are listed in question 14.

21a has to do with others IMMIGRATING with the immigrant like a child that is not a US Citizen, NOT US Citizens who may be TRAVELING with the immigrant, so "NONE"

Beneficiary has to write petitioner name on DS-230 item 14. No need to write petitioner name in item 21a as petitioner is USC. Same thing apply to USC kids even though they are accompanying with them (it create confusion to many petitioner where their kids are USC).
