Hi there I have a quick question. I am compiling all the necessary documents for the IV-15 form for our K-1 visa application to show that I am ready for the interview. Four months have passed since our initial K-1 petition so the IV-15 says we provide to furnish notarized statements that we will plan to marry within 90 days of arriving. Do we both need to furnish notarized statements of intent to marry? or is it just the original petitioner?

Also, if all the paper work for my interview is on the way to me in the post, is it acceptable to mark the IV-15 as completed or is it best to make sure I have everything before submitting it? I'll be submitting it to london if that helps.

Many thanks in advance

The statements do not need to be notarized.

You can use: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Fiance...r_of_Intent.doc (Address them to the embassy) One from each petitioner and beneficiary.
