My husband is about to file the I-864 and now Im not sure what we should put down int Part 3 Question 9.

We have a daughter together. She will travel to the US with me when I immigrate. Do we have to put her down in that question or not since she will have an US passport and dual citizenship (german/american)?

And what do we have to file out on part 5 question 21?

I hope anybody was in the same situation and can help me.

Daughter is a US Citizen so wont be sponsored as an immigrant and not listed in part 3 question 9.

Daughter will be counted as a dependent on 21 d, and you will be counted on 21 a, NOT 21 c
