I included copies fron and back of my birth certificate also, maybe redundant as the passport shows citizenship, otherwise you are good to go. Be sure tosign the check! Send by certified mail, return receipt.

About the birth certificate... I never got it back from when I applied for my passport! I called and I've been waiting weeks to get it back from them. I figure if they need my birth certificate they'll ask for it. Especially since it said birth certificate OR passport.

We'll see!

4) 1 FOUR page G-235A form from Petitioner and 1 FOUR page G-325A from beneficiary, NOT 4 copies of page one of the form. You fill in page one of the PDF and print out all 4 pages of the form, each page is different from the others.

Wait... yeah I filled in all 4 pages, they all looked exactly the same to me. How are they different? I filled out one in adobe and it auto filled the rest.

U.S Department of Homeland Security, THE FEE IS $355. Where did u see $455?

On the USCIS Website:

"Petition for Alien Fiance(e) I-129F $455. There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen. 07/30/07, 11/24/06 editions can be used, no other editions accepted."

I-129F for a K-1 visa costs $455 http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

Okay I noticed the numbers at the bottom of the pages, BUT... it seems Ash doesn't have a 2. He has two 1's and a 3 and a 4. Do you think this will cause problems?

The bottom of the G-325A has page numbers, and indicate which department they are intended for.

(1) Ident

(2) Rec Br

(3) C.

(4) Consulate.

Probably wont be a problem

It couldn't possibly slow down anything? It's just that it can be a difference between filing tomorrow and two weeks from now haha, just for a little letter. Ash would have to send another form and the post takes ages.

Is is possible for me to correct it in pen for them?

You did it correctly but the semantics of your letter are wrong. It's a four-page form, not four forms. The data is the same on all four pages but there are other small differences in the pages. Also, the passport pictures are not connected to the G325a in any way. They are in support of the I-129F itself. They deserve their own line item in the cover letter like, "Passport photos for petitioner and beneficiary".

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
Understanding the big picture is priceless. Anonymous

Really? I went by the example on this website.

This is so frustrating!

Also, for the passport photos I guess I'll just paperclip them to a piece of paper and add it to the end of the I-129F and give them their own line on the cover letter.

That about right?
