We still cannot input or # or view our case status online-it just says that the # cannot be found. Anyone else still having problems like that?

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

Not true. To check your status online, you need the number from your biometrics appointment letter, not your NOA1. If you've used the correct number to check, it's probably just a delay in entry. Several people have had to wait a couple of weeks after biometrics for the case to show up online.

If you are using your noa receipt # and it says "cannot be found" then maybe try to use your biometric reciept #....that's what i did before in viewing my case status online.

Good to hear. My wife had her biometrics Friday and her case is still not showing up online. We'll keep checking!

I am using the biometrics #. It's kind of a relief to know we are not the only ones that cannot get it to accept the number yet. Probably just a delay in inputs....

I don't know where you heard this, but you are incorrect.

You can also call the 1-800 number and ask for a status update using your biometrics number. The call center staff may be able to access information on their computers that you can't on yours. It is worth a try. Have your A number available as well as your biometrics number just in case they use that to look up the status of your situation.

I applied to remove conditions in November last year, did my biometrics on the 18th of December and still cant check my status online. Calling the USCIS number is just a waste cos i have called them at least four times and all am ever told is that i cannot check the status of an I-751 online (which i know is not true cos alot of people here are checking thier status online) and am also told there cannot there cannot see anything on thier systems that i should just wait till i hear from USCIS (which doesnt make sense).

Are you using the case number on your Biometrics Appt letter? If you are, and is still not showing up, I suggest that you request an Infopass appt, since you are obviously note getting anything from calling their number...

Good luck!

Yeah, i am using the number on the biometrics appointment. I have actually gone for an inforpass and gotten my passport stamped. Right now i really dont know what going to the office is going to do for me, there might tell me the same thing they have been telling me on the phone which is I-751 applications cant be seen online (which i already know is bull****)

My wife's info finally showed up today in case status online. She had her biometrics and passport stamped last Friday. Perhaps it doesn't get entered into the system until then?
