I am very new at this I have read the guides and I understand most of it all I think. I have just a couple of questions I believe I read somewhere something needs notierized but now I can't find what does anyone know? Also we have only met once he will be coming again in April but we wanted to get the paper work started will this be a problem or when he goes for his interview he can take more current information? I am very overwelmed will all of this so any help would be most grateful.

Thanks Erin

I think you are talking about the I-134 (Affidavit of Support). There is a new version of the I-134 that does not need to be notarized.

This will only pose a problem if the meeting occurred more than 2 years ago. As long as you meet the meeting requirement, it doesn't matter if you've met once or 50 times.

If you haven't met in person within two years, don't bother filing until April - you will be denied.

That question is way too general. Read through the guides and example forms again as well as the actual form instructions. Also read the UK forum for specifics regarding your upcoming journey.

Best of luck.
