I will have my medical in St. Lukes this Feb. 24-25. (I will still call st. lukes though coz 25 is ash wednesday, but i hope work is not affected). Please check if I prepared the correct things. Thanks.

I will bring:

- email confirmation from US embassy

- original letter from NVC (original and photocopy)

- NOA1 and NOA2 (original and photocopy)

- passport

- black ballpen

- 2x2 picture (white background, 4 pcs.)

- x-ray film, tests done records (i just want to bring it for comparison)

- vaccine record

- payment

Hmm whatelse do I need? hehe;p and what time do u think should I come there?

For the payment, I need to bring peso right? Is there conversion rate standard?

i suggest to u to come early so u will be done early.i wentt there 9:20am done at 11:30am thats my first day in slec.yes u need to pay them peso.i pay 10,240.80 pesos.good luck on ur medical.godbless

would they ask for all those u mentioned? i thought the only thing u'll gonna bring is your appointment letter. Are they gonna ask for the NOA1 and NOA2?

Only the appointment letter in needed, not the NOA 1 or NOA 2.

And per this link, 3 2x2 photos are needed. Has this changed to 4?

Just came from st lukes extension, at the door they asked for, passport, 1 regulation sized photo with full name on back and the original letter plus a copy from NVC (the one sent by courier to your home) Wil have more info later when she gets out. They did not allow others in, just the person getting the medical.

I am not really sure if NOA1 and NOA2 is needed. But I saw some threads here that guards are looking for more documents other than the email confirmation letter. I saw also that the guard will look for the NVC letter. Some are showing there NOA2. So just to be sure, I want to bring it and have it photocopied as well. With the pics yes they said its just 3 again, i just want to be sure hehe;p

Hi try to rest well...before ur first day of medical... i didn't prepare & rest before my medical so guess ... though i just had my prev xray nov 07, 08 at work and it was clear and healthy yet they said they saw something on my xray and now have to be in St Luke tomorow Feb 24-26 6am in the morning for 3 consecutive morning for the sputum test...

better really bring ur previous xray film/plate for comparison... :) see around
