hello everybody i want to hear the same story with my case, my husband (us citizen) and i got married and we filed i-130 for the purpose of getting k3 visa for me, since my husband has been studying we wer planning that il get work in the usa and help him for i-684 AOS for i-130. is it possible for us to do this? please help me

You will not be able to work in the US with a K3 visa, not until your AOS is all completed and you get your social security number.

This is wrong. See duplicate thread. K3 visa holders can file for EAD without filing AOS. My wife and daughter both did that. With EAD in hand, you can have an SSN in a week or so. K3 is not K1. K1 can't do this.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
