If my co-sponsor filed jointly on their taxes how do they go about listing the income? Do they only list their income or can they add their spouses too? Also, do they put the dependents who are listed on the joint tax transcript as their dependents too or no? Also, my wife is a student so what should she have put on #7? She put full-time student and the name address of the school. If the co-sponsor is retired should she have put retired and N/A for the work address? And last but not least my wife put I do not intend on section 11. is this right? I am hoping the forms are filled out correctly. Please reply soon. Thank you!

The sponsor list only their own personal income and documents it with a complete tax return including W2 and/or 1099 forms. Retired is fine and yes, the guides give the proper advice. That's what they are there for.
