My wife is bringing her mom and pops here to the US. My wife is a USC and is acting agent for parents. I-130 has been approved, AOS fee paid, and DS-3032 sent. Concerning the I-864... can we just pay the DS-230 IV fee ($400) online and then send the DS-230 and I-864 together to the NVC? Any help much appreciated..

thats what i plan on doing.. i just paid the $400 fee then im gonna mail them both together sometime next week. i think as long as you have a cover letter in front of each form it might be fine. good luck..

I have heard sending them separate is the best thing to do since DS230 and I864 are reviewed in different departments but I could be wrong.....it would make sense to send them together since both of them are going to the same address. I wouldn't take a chance if I were you though...

its right you have to send them separately. on the cover sheet it says attn: cmr aos, but im waiting for my other cover sheet for the ds-230 so i guess it makes sense to do that.. good luck...
