Hi anyone know here in el paso know a civil surgeon to do my shot that dont cost much. It will be a big help for me coz i need only a vaccination shot. I had already my physical test when i did my k1.

public health clinics would have the cheapest shot; call it and see how much they charge. Most doctors will give the shot for a higher price, but I suppose there are exceptions.

Your local Heath Dept. should be in the county that you live in there in El Paso. Dr. Arnold is in Austin Tx. You can call them and see what they need for you to send them. They are very helpful. When you get your shot from the Heath Dept. send that info on to Dr. Arnolds, so they can transcribe that on to the I-693....

Get your shots at the public health clinic in El Paso. When you complete that, Call Dr. Arnold's office in Austin, leave message if you don't get a live person, and they will call you back with specific instructions as to what you have to send them so that they can transcribe your shot records to the 693 form.
