So i got my fiances 2008 tax return and w2 but i only have my co sposers 2008 w2! but i do have 3 years of both their taxes will this be enough!!

or will the query why i havent got the 2008 tax return!

basically my co cposer just hasnt filed for 2008 taxes yet!

so when i fill in the i 134 should i put 2007s income or the income on the 2008 w2???

They want on the I-134 current income. If you got a job for 30,000 halfway through the year then taxes might not show but half a years pay of 15,000. But for support purposes, the job pays 30,000 a year. So figure a year at the current salary. Same thing would happen if you got a raise the last year. It wouldn't show all of it on the tax return. The question says: I derive an annual income of: It doesn't say "how much is on your tax return.

It's their job to fill in the i-134 and sign it.

The affidavit asks for "current" income. Whether you need the 2008 return depends on the interview date.
