It should take around the same time , it took for you too receive your both noa CSC . For you too receive the letter from NVC , it took us 8 days . In the letter from NVC it will say how long it will take NVC to process your paperwork there , and then it will be fowarded to the usembassy . After the Usembassy receives your paperwork , you will not know how long it will take them too send your fiancee or wife/husband recieve their k-packet from the usembassy . And if its fiacee visa k-1 expect to receive your letter from Usembassy saying you are ready to setup a visa interview at the embassy a good month after your fiancee , gets her/his k-packet . They dont use United States Postal Mail , cause its not dependable , they only used a guarente service . To send your documents , and for good reason .

We are in the same boat as hanysalama. Our I-130 was approved Feb 10 and I called NVC everyday last week checking if they had received it. By Friday (Feb 20) they had not received it. So what to do? Just keep calling?

We have been using this post from VJ's LingChe as a guide to speed things up http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...he_NVC_ShortCut but there is not much to do if the package has not been received at NVC.

Just keep checking with NVC. This seems to happen from time to time, also if you are tracking your I-129F, make sure you speak to a operator, NVC tends to not update the AVR.

The application should by at NVC by tomorrow or Wednesday. You can call and speak to an operator and give them your NOA2 receipt number, and they will be able to tell you if the case has been received and if a case number has been assigned. Keep calling to get your NVC case number. When I was at this stage, I usually called them in the morning, and then after 6pm to check on status.
