I had to refile for my son since my lawyer failed to fill out an I-130 on him. However, my question is. I got an RFE about his case that wanted proff of my citizenship. I mailed them copies of my passport ans Social Security card. They reveived everything back at VSC and sent an e-mail stating they had resumed working on my case on 2-3-09. I have not heard anything yet. Can anyone tell me what may be going on? It has been over two weeks and when I call they say I must wait???? :angry::angry::angry:

I married my love on 12/24/07

I filed for the I 130 on 1/23/08

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Visa 5/23/09

POE 6/2/09

Home 6/3/09

FILED I-751

SENT PAPERWORK 3/8/11

NOA-1 3/10/11

BIOMETERICS 4/29/11

WAITING APPROVAL

I think you just told us what's going on. Case processing has resumed. When it is concluded, they'll notify you.
