hi.pls help..my visa was revoked but i just wanna ask if what is mean by this 221g..says we will send your petition to kkc with a recomendation of revocation,you can follow up with kkc about your case with in 2-3 months for the file to be transferred.please need urgent help so worried to know the meaning of kkc

hey are you denied from the US consulate or at USCIS?

If this happened at the interview did you get a piece of paper with anything written on it? What was siad at the interview ? They are claiming that they think somehting was wrong about the petition or during the interview.

First visit:2007-09-12 to 2008-09-23

I-129F Sent : 2007-11-24

I-129F NOA1 : 2007-11-30

I-129F NOA2 : 2008-03-31

NVC Received : 2008-04-21

NVC Left : 2008-04-23

Consulate Received : 2008-04-28

Packet 3 Received : 2008-05-20

Interivew date : 2008-08-07 CO asks inappropraite questions

His father died: 2008-08-18

Retain Marc Ellis 2008-09

Visited Nigeria again: 2008-11-12

petitioned returned to CSC :2008-11-27

returned to USA 2008-12-13

His father buried 2009-01-03

picks up K1 visa Nov 2009

Marriage Dec 2009

take throne as Igwe /Lolo 2010 or 2011

hi.just want to clear my interview at consulate was done on feb.16.after my interview the consular officer right away give me a blue paper 221g form and wrote that 'the consular officer is not convinced with the relationship,and recommending for revocation..my question is if they request for automatic revocation what will happen to the case if they will send back to uscis..can we file again for second time petition after the case will closed.so depress!and how long it will take to refile for petition.

You can refile you have to take care of whatever their problem was. While it is still fresh in you mind write down everything that was said during the interview by both parties

I would suggest that you look at the reasons why the petition was not approved and try to overcome that with evidence, before it leaves the Philippines. You might have to consult with a lawyer that is familiar with the beneficiaries country. If you don't address the reasons for denial, then simply refiling will result in the same denial. If they need more information then you should be looking for that to support your contention that it's a bone fide relationship.
