My question is. Is it ok if my fiance scans the afidavit and sends it by email and i print it out? My fiance is currently deployed and "Snail-Mail" can take months or not even get here at all. Anyone experience with it?

If he scans it and you print it out, you will not have the original signiture on the form, so he will have to snail mail it.

if you are having problems with the post then maybe he should print out a few and sign and send them to you and send them all separately.

You can always try and take a scanned copy to the interview saying that the original did not arrive due to his situation, they might understand and you will be ok, or they might approve you pending receipt of the original

Good luck

No. Although the new I-134 no longer has to be notarized, it must be an original signature. I would think even soldier had access to DHL or FedEx, somewhere. Good luck.

No FedEx or anything like that from where he is. Well i guess i have to go with the suggestion to have him send it by snail mail and email and as soon as i have pack 3 i will write to the embassy to explain hthe situation and if they dont accept it we will have to wait til the snail mail gets here.
