I would like to know, IS NOA 2 is denied because he was calling to VSC to stop the case( we was fight and he give up and call to cancel and after I talked to him reconcile, he told me VSC need more document from him and he sent back in Jan 2009 and now he got NOA2 and told me is denied, but he said if he wants to continue he can call to VSC or letter to them and tell them what his decision,

what do you think, VSC has that case? I need to know what is it real or not.

if you have a hardcopy of NOA2,better call the NVC and ask if they have your case number.

What does your NOA2 say? does it say the petition was denied? if it does it should give a reason.
