011-632-301-2000 press 7 then 5185

I try to contact the number you gave but its not working.

anyway i called USEM they told me to wait until 6 weeks and if still no words call them again and they will make a report about my case.

The reason why its not working with the number given to you by Soinlove because hes calling from US...of course He needs to dial the country code first..just eliminate 01163..instead.... please try to use this number since I have tried this already : 02-301-2000 press 7 then 5184# or 5184#..Goodluck and wish you would hear good news from them..God Bless to all of us here..

PS...I agree with the posters about calling the USEM Call Center...it is a waste of time and money. Instead, we called Grace and and she was always a big help to us.
