But they wouldn´t be sending all these RFEs to us if it wasn´t IMBRA related, I mean, they cannot say they´re doing nothing if everyone is getting RFEs.

To be fair, you don't really know that until someone opens one. These could be 'other' RFEs that were backlogged while they were under orders from HQ to wait for further instructions.

It's likely it's IMBRA related, which frankly really sucks. Everyone in the K-1 unit there should be focused on getting the approved cases RFE out, then the NOA1s.

I think everyone agrees with that. USCIS probably do that too. But the answer they gave you explains why they´re not getting to us first.

I think Luis&Laura can relax. The RFEs are about IMBRA. If you don´t get it tmw, you will get it this week for sure, don´t worry.

Think about it: they have your case, they asked for what they need to approve it. It will be over pretty soon.

Actually, tell me when it´s approved and I can give you some tips to speed things up once it gets to the Consulate in Rio.

Spoke to Vermont again, same old story....they will get to us when they get to us,there is no order they are following. W can sit and wait for our RFE's, eghhhh so annoyed with this process already

This is better than "we will get to you once your petition is returned".

I think they will get to us, but there´s obviously a reason why they are sending the RFEs to NOA1 people only.

How do I check on updates on the case status? Is that even available?

This may be a dumb question, but if only I could obsess about checking the status online every day, it'd make me feel better [sigh] All I get is "your petition was approved in March 29, blahblahblah". How do I get to know if it's been touched or something?

Ah, you edited! That means the last time you were touched was March 29. Mine hasn't budged since approval either. I don't think any of the recalled cased have been touched since the RFEs started coming out.

Yeah, I did edit. I wonder if people who were sent RFE's and whose cases had already been approved were able to get to see online whether the case had been touched. I thought that, because my case has already been approved, they won't update the status anymore.

I don´t know about the rest of you, but I have met the best person on earth. All I want is to be with her. That´s all.

Since the recall thing happened to me, I´ve been thinking a lot, and all I can think of, is that I´m being punished.

I don´t really see my situation being solved tomorrow, or next week...

If you are hoping for something to happen, count on me.

I´m waiting until I can, but I think my mind is f****d up already.

If I can´t cope with this, I´ll make sure to try and help you guys. Ans yeah, that would claim atention to the recalled cases.

Whatsup, I was wondering where this post went. I have no news, just here to add support. I'm focused now on getting my senators to check my case, but that will take time. Hopefully, by the time they are calling, the RFEs will come. It is good news that people are seeing them come in at this point. The only thing keeping me sane is my visit to Mexico coming up.

I'm happy for the people that have gotten their RFE's and will hopefully be back on track soon.

But I gotta tell ya, seeing the postings from people that have received their RFEs and then listening to the lies each day from VSC to get me off the phone, just makes me sick to my stomach. I'm staying positive and will continue to harass them every day, but it still really sucks.

Now we are not only the last ones in line but we don´t know when our time will come.
