filing i485 with i765 and i131 together?!?!?

Ok, My wife came here on J-1 Visa ok... She overstayed her visa, we got married, had a child and we filed i130. we were approved. She does not have a K1 or K3 visa. That's why I have it in the IR forum. I just want to file all these forms jointly. Do you think she can goto Ukraine on Advance Parole and return to the US with no problems if granted AP?

I will take that on your authority - although if I understood correctly the process my acquaintance went through - her adjudication took years, but once complete (post marriage to USC) she was allowed to leave before the green card arrived to visit a sick family member in Odessa. She is back now. Perhaps what I missed here is the AP itself. I just assumed that AP is the trigger after adjudication that allows some one in this situation to leave and return to the US. Again, to the OP - sorry for creating confusion
