I petition my mom 18 years ago and submitted affidavit of support for her which is i dont remember anymore

the date i submitted it.Should i still put her as a previously submitted affidavit of support on I-134?

I submitted I-864 though for my moms affidavit of support, not I-134 i should still include that?

well, thats not what the uscis told me though.when i ask them about it, they said

that the question is, if you previously file for I-134 before.because this I-134 is only

for K non immigrant visa petition.Thats why i ask here again to make sure.
