w2 and income tax return question.

Timeline

I have a full and part time job.In my full time im making enough to cover the poverty

guide line.Do i still need to send the W2 for my part time?and im only until the end of feb.

to work at my PT.Question on income tax return.Do i only need to send the first page copy of it?

or the entire copy of federal tax return?

I am a firm believer that more is better but if you meet the requirements you should be ok unless you are right on the boarder.

Better too much gun.

Send it all, why not? You need to make a copy of the entire tax return , all schedules and forms and w-2s. A copy is sufficient, you do not need a transcript if you have your w-2s. Don't worry about trying to divide income, it all is income, claim all of it.

I think the point of sending a W2 is to complete/support the tax return. If your tax return included that income then include all W2s that were filed with that tax return. They might look at your tax return income and think you faked it if there's no W2 to explain the extra income on the total wages line.

Listing that part time job on the actual Affidavit of Support form is optional if you have another job that more than covers you.
