DS-156 Help with question #36

The lady that I am submitting paperwork for has previously entered the US on a K1 visa but after 2 weeks realized the man was not the right one for her. I am now also applying for the K1 and In filling out the DS-156, question #36 askes: [/i]"has anyone ever filed an Immigrant visa petition on your behalf?"

Should I say yes and would I put her previous' sponser's name there?

The reason I ask is that all forms prior to the interview are labelled "NonImmigrant" except for form DS 230 which she brings to the interview, along with DS 156 and DS 156K

I'm a little confused... is this lady your fiancee? Or are you her lawyer? Umm anyways if she has already been petitioned for to come here then yes you should put that. K good luck.
