When I had my medical this week, the Dr. who performed the exam refused to sign my Medical Instructions Form that I had printed out off the consulate website in favor of a photocopy of the second half of the document (section II) that his office provided.

I'm just concerned that the consulate may not accept this or give me an RFE because of it. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Thanks.

They are pre-selected and approved by the consulate, they have the procedures from the consulate, they follow the procedures all the time... If they did something the consulate did not approve, they would have change it or the consulate would stop using them

YMMV
