Just curious, I would like to hear different ideas about what everyone is doing or has done to pass the time until thier fiance comes to the U.S. and how you make it as easy as possible for each other. Currently my fiance and I use Yahoo Messenger with webcam and the free calling that it offers. It is pretty good considering it is a free service but of course it's nothing like physically being together. So if anyone has any good suggestions, fun ideas or anything like that to pass the time, I would love to hear it! Thanks!

Telephone (my fiance has my Vonage VoIP adapter in Auckland, so we can call for free like a local US call). Also IM chat on Skype throughout our working days and Video in the evenings.

Ironically we communicate better and are more informed about each other's daily life being 8k miles apart than I used to be with a long distance girlfriend 12 years ago who was 150 miles away. Current technology makes it easier.
