k-1 proof of meeting question

Hi,

I was wondering if it's ok to put say all of my boarding pass stubs(threre's 8 of them) on one sheet of paper as a copy, and say all of the restraunt receipts on one sheet of paper, and say my 2 ATM withdrawls, cebu airport terminsl fee, and hotel room receipts on 1 sheet of paper.

This makes for a tidy way to make the packet but I don't want the packet sent back because this is not allowed....

Any advice? :help:

Thanks,

Mike

Mike,

Another way to arrange the materials might be by trip, rather than by type of item (8 boarding passes is a lot of transfers for 1 round trip?)

In any event - take a chance.

I arranged my ticket stubs and flight itineraries/receipts that way too - by trip on sheets of paper. And I indicated the period of each trip in the top right-hand corner, then I arranged the sheets in descending order, i.e. latest trip at the top.

Thanks everyone!

Yea 8 flights for ONE trip. Not only that.... United changed my schedule to Los angeles and didn't tell me. So I missed my flight to Singapore. They rescheduled me for the next day (14hrs) and since it was midnight I just slept in a chair at the airport. Quite a story....:-)

If you have some time you can go to the website I made and read some articles I'm working on and see photos.

Yep, I did mine by trip. Restaurant receipts?

P.S. Don't forget those visa exit/entry stamps in your passport.

ajames,

Put the 'passport' photos in a small plastic bag.

Printed the 'evidence of having met' photos (4 of 'em) on a single 8x10 sheet for easy binding into the file (closely matches the other 8-1/2 x 11 or A4 documents).
