Faxed signature on ds3032

hi everyone, i hope someone can answer this form me. can i fax a copy of the ds-3032 to my husband in ghana, then he sign it, fax it back to me, and i mail it to NVC from California.

will they accept a faxed signature?? i have already emailed the ds3032 on 2/14/09 from my husbands yahoo account, and havent received a confirmation that NVC received it. (should i worry)?? what would be the fastest way to do this.

if you have got confirmation from NVC on ur Ds3032 e mail you will be good, you can Fax the DS3023 to your Husband, but he can't Fax it back to you after he signs it...He will have to send the original to NVC

I think you arr thru with DS3032 stuff....I am sure by the time you get the IIN number in email your DS3032 would be accepted...then you can pay both fee online and send the packets together to NVC

I emailed NVC on Friday night (Feb 13th) and got a response yesterday a little after 12pm. You should receive an email from them sometime today. Check your husband's account later this afternoon.

Hi Thanks for your reply you were absolutely correct, i received my email confirmation today!!! i faxed my husband the ds-3032, he will sign it and send it from ghana to NVC himself. I went online to pay the $70 AOS fee, and accidently typed my OWN first name incorrectly LOL!!! i was probably typing too fast. they sent me an email stating that this person doesnt exist in our system. (MY FAULT) so now i have to express mail in a cashiers check. i can not go back into the system and pay again, it wont allow me the option to PAY again. so i have had an adventurous day, i spelled my own name wrong. what more could happen!!! LOL. thanks again. Van

You should be able to get back in, and use the invoice number to pay for your AOS fee, and the Visa Application fee, Try again. It will be so much quicker. Call the NVC if you have a problem. Mike & Yizhen

I faxed and e-mailed the DS-3032 to my SO. She e-mailed it back to me and I sent it in to NVC. This was perfectly Okay with NVC, as I called and got the Ok on this. This is about the only document this can be done on.

You might've to wait couple of days, and the status online will change from paid to reject. Then you'll be able to pay online again. If you go the online route, it's lot faster. Otherwise, you'll mail the payments and have to wait for their response back to send the documents. If you pay online, you can print the barcode sheet after few days of the payment and will be lot quicker. Try calling NVC and ask if you will be allow to pay online again when the system resets itself.
