Anyone going 2B watching the Oscar showdown?

Oh my it's Oscar time again!! We may have a tearful moment when Heath Ledger wins, and some fiery flashbulbs blazing when Jen, Jon, Brad and Angelina all grace the carpet together! And we may get some Lindsey Lohan and Sam action! yeah!!

I'm pretty excited! This is one Oscar that I really wish I could go to with a fancy dress and all but alas I'll watch it from Northern Idaho in my UofI sweats.

I've watched some of the younger award shows and became keenly aware of my lack of youth and energy. lolz! Films are classic that's why the Oscars are Golden beh-beh!

I agree. Aside from loving films and the craft, I have a whole new appreciation for it after teaching mass media for so many years now. Next year I'm teaching a film as lit class and I'm sure my interest will grow even more.

I bet it's amazing! It's a dream of mine to go and actually win an award for something! I don't care what but I can just see me standing up there the first time realizing my dream come true and having a moment of aweeeeeeeeee.

I don't even own a TV. I make television and film so I know what goes into productions and the multi-billion dollar world you so cheaply cast aside and under value.
