Hi,

Here is my case: I came here on visa B2 in October 2008 (my visa expired in Nov 2008), my I94 expire in April 2009, I got married in January with a USC and soon we want to apply for AOS. Before sending the pack I would have some questions.

1. Do I have any Alien Registration Number? Is it related with my I94 number? Cos on all the forms is asking it. Shall I just put None in it place?

2. On form I-130 at question 19 Your relative's address abroad. (Include street, city, province and country) shall i put my address abroad or shall I put NONE cos I am living in US now?

3. On form I-130 at question 21 the date I lived From – To what shall I put at TO, Shall I put „present”? or date that I am signing the papers?

4. On form I-130, question 22 (Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status) what am I filling there?

5. Where is mention about dates like marriage ended, that is not applying to me shall I leave blank or put None?

6. On form I-485 at Part 1 Address-C/O shall I leave blank as is mentioned in another post?

7. On form I-485 at Part 1 Current USCIS Status shall I put “ visa B2”? My visa expired, but my I94 is valid until april 2009.

8. I did my pics alone and printed at Walmart, they are not glossy, do you think they should be glossy? The background is not really white, I think is more white-grey. I already used that photos for doctor. Shall I redo them and to put white background and glossy paper?

For the moment I am stopping here, this forum is great!!!

Thank you in advance.

The Alien Registration Number is not the number on ur I-94.

2. On form I-130 at question 19 Your relative's address abroad. (Include street, city, province and country) shall i put my address abroad or shall I put NONE cos I am living in US now?

Yes you should put ur addres abroad

3. On form I-130 at question 21 the date I lived From – To what shall I put at TO, Shall I put „present”? or date that I am signing the papers?

From...whenever u got to the US to Present

4. On form I-130, question 22 (Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status) what am I filling there?

Local office and State... Here you will have to go to the USCIS website and find ur local office. Enter ur zip code and it will tell you.

5. Where is mention about dates like marriage ended, that is not applying to me shall I leave blank or put None?

thats if u were married before... so put N/A or none

Tuchy, better to be safe than sorry. Even though you used the pictures that you did yourself for another place does not mean that the USCIS will accept them. They have specifics on the photographs they want you to submit. Better to redo them than get an RFE, which might slow down your case.

Yes, I was reading on instructions on I-130 that the photos should be glossy and on white, so I will just print them again and this time making sure are glossy. To go to a store and let them to the photos, I don't trust so much, anyway I scale them with the head to be as they ask, so after I will print them on glossy paper shouldn't be any other problem.

I am still confused with this question "On form I-130 at question 19 Your relative's address abroad. (Include street, city, province and country) shall i put my address abroad or shall I put NONE cos I am living in US now?" cos on a site was saying if I am living in USA I should put none, if I live abroad to fill it then.
