VSC (USCIS) to NVC

Somebody please tell me that it doesn't take more than 2 months for NVC to receive I-130 from VSC.

Please suggest anything that may work to get this going.

Yea. none of them know where the hell it is. So frustrating. None of the congressional are helpful. I feel I wasted my vote.

That's precisely what the problem is. I don't know what did I do to them.

Contact your senator. I would also call USCIS in the morning, speak to the robot, and then ask for a supervisor and explain the situation. Try calling first thing in the morning it will be easier to get through and get a supervisor.

A nice lady had put in a service request earlier this week and said they will send you a written explanation/outcome of the request in 30 days. That will make 90 days since approval.

I suggest you should try contacting lawyer, I am sure they'll be able to help you out quicker then anyone else in this matter. Infopass is one thing I haven't done and in fact, I just scheduled one for Monday. Let's see what they have to say. Last time I went there before approval, they pretty much laughed at me saying Vermont is the one that approves, not us. So they should know. I tell you, they're just not liking me at all!

You'll definitely know if there's anything good out of this. Lawyer is my next and last option after Infopass.

I agree with that!! Thank god for this site, to help guide each other through this mess. I couldn't imagine what it would have been like if I had hired a lawyer to do the paperwork, I probably would have gone postal!! LOL

I second both of you on that! I guess that's the roadmap I've got!

Other than immigration, "The Jodi" is doing pretty good! At least that's the positive I can look at!
