Hello!

My husband got all his shots and tb skin test this week; found a CS to transcribe it for $20 on to the I-6933A form but there is NO place to record his TB skin test. Can i just submit the paper the local health dept recorded it on?

They put it on a immunization for i printed off online.

 CAN THEY MAKE THIS PROCESS ANY HARDER?!?!?

Thanks folks!

p.s. why do they not have the I-693A form on USCIS.gov? (husband had physical in haiti so no need for a new one.)

Check out the I-693, USCIS has stopped using the 693A after they updated the I-693 to cover vaccinations. The I-693 has a place for TB Test.

Thats what i thought! I was right! She must not be up to date on her information.

I had even sent the instructions along with the form and highlighted what catergory we fell in.

No wonder people have so much trouble getting green cards!

thanks!
