I-824 is a request that USCIS send the I-130 on to NVC for processing into a CR-1 (Married less than 2 years) or IR-1 (Married more than 2 years) visa. (I-824 is a request for action on an approved petition)

The I-824 is a waste of time in this situation. The USCIS operators often tell people to fill it out in error.

I've been reading your questions for weeks and have posted resources a couple of times. You need a GOOD attorney. The USCIS misinformation line is NOT an advocate and they are NOT going to help you. THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE.

Please read everything about this situation you can get your hands on, contact your Senate/House liaisons and get a GOOD ATTORNEY. You need the help.
