We just been approved on my fiancees petition and on its way to USEM back home. When i file for her petition

i included her kids name on the application. Is that mean that they are part of the petition also?

My question is what they need to do back home? What they need to gather?I dont think they have a passport yet.

Anyone here can give me some advice?thanks..

For what I have seen once your case gets to the consulate of your fiancé´s country they will send her a package with all the instructions. There it specifies what they need to bring/send to the consulate, and all the paperwork that have to be done before the interview.

The only thing now that the US Embassy in Manila now sends is a notice to say you are able to schedule an interview. In March '08, you have to download the packet yourself. http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3238.html

Check out that link and on the left, will be other links with all the information you will need. And most definatly, have them get a passport. They can't do the medical/interview without the passport.

Just read up on that link and you'll be good to go.

I give up.

You have an approved petition and no passports? You do not know what they need next? OK, this is where I lose it.

All this information is available at the embassy website and now, with an approved petition...

OK, stop, I will stop now

To make it simple... The kids are the K2 derivatives. If u like them to fly out with thier mom when she goes to the US, they will derive their visas from the K1 visa of thier mom. But since the kids (as you have said) doesnt have a passport yet they may follow within 1 yr of ur gf arrival in the US. Acutually its so easy to have a passport now in Manila, with some patience i bet the kids can go with thier mom. Goodluck!
