During AOS interview do we require original copy of notice of approval of K1 visa? NOA2?

I have lost original NOA2 but I have many copies is that ok?

If I require original how much it cost and how much time it takes to get it from USCIS?

how can I get it?

Also petitioner (my wife) has lost her original birth certificate but she does has passport and driving license

is that enough of we require her birth certificate certified copy?

You will need to send a copy of the NOA2 with your AOS.

The I-485 asks for a copy of the birth certificate (or some other record of birth). Her passport and driver's license cannot substitute for this.

Durring the interview you will need to be able to produce the originals of any evidence you sent in with the application. So yes you will need her birth certificate. You may also need an original of the NOA2 from the K1 you would be best to check with your local office (make an infopass appointment) if they will need it and you can find out how long it will take to get this if you do. You may not have time to get it before your interview. If you are lucky they will accept a copy, but you will need her birth certificate at the AOS interview as well as when you file for removal of conditions and if she want to apply for citizenship later on.

I want to say 340$, but it is best to call USCIS and ask them.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Correct, it's $340 for I-824 Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, we had to file for one when our K1 approval notice was deemed lost by the USCIS (although it came through the mail just two days after sending in the form dated 5 days earlier, although the CRIS email had said it had been sent months before)
