How is this timeline for AOS at PA possible ?

While browsing the AOS timeline, for Pittsburgh, I find that :

Avg. Days btw Biometrics and Interview is 98 days

(if interview required)

while Avg. Days btw Biometrics and Decision Date is 78 days.

What does that mean ?

Possibly because not all people who indicate Pitt as a local office area are interviewed? Some are approved without it

Our AOS was transferred first to CSC and then to our local Pittsburgh office; we weren't interviewed, and received approval last week.

some folks have to undergo AOS interview twice while some get it without it.

hope I am also one of those lucky ones
