which forms do i need to fill out for NVC for CR

Hi all ,

i'm curious to know which form i need to fill out and send to NVC , which one can be sent online , and which ones have to be mailed , the form DS 230 has to be notarized by the consular officer so how can it be sent to NVC ,???

what re the exact procedures including forms,

i read the guides but still not very easy to figure out

please help

Timeline

The DS-230 has 2 parts. Sign the first part, not the second because, as you said, it needs to be signed at the embassy.

NOA1: 8/8/2008

NOA2: 12/30/2008

Interview: 01/04/2009 Passed

POE: 08/2009

Removal of Conditions: filed July 2011

Biometrics: September 2011

I think many people are using it to their advantage and expediting the process. Hope it helps.

2011-03-25 : USCIS confirmed they did not mail NOA 1, given case number

2011-04-05 : Infopass appointment passport stamped with I-551

2011-04-19 : Walk in Biometrics completed (2 weeks early)

2011-05-03 : Biometrics appointment (3 year anniversary)

2011-08-25 : Approved

2011-08-31 : Card in hand (184 days after sending I-751)
