Hello All

I'm new here and I am glad I found this forum, because I really don't know much about US visas (I think they are quite complicated  )

Both me and my boyfriend is from the Philippines, and he has an F2B visa application (Priority Date is Dec 1999), and for that reason, we cannot get married as of the moment.

We were just wondering what will be the easier or faster way for me to join him in the US; is it through the Fiancee Visa or should we get married here in the Philippines and just file for a Spouse Visa?

Any input will be highly appreciated.

for a fiancee visa it requires one of the two people to be a US Citizen....

After he is an LPR of the USA... a spouse of an LPR from the PI is about a 5 year wait
