How Jealous Are You?

I think a certain amount of jealousy shows a healthy affection. Now, Vika has gone on record to say that she will kill any woman who dares to try and attract my attention. Flattering, but a little over-the-top maybe

I just don't see the correlation between 'jealousy' and affection....

If you don't mind me asking, but why would she 'kill any woman that dares to try and attract your attention' I mean, if the others are unsuccessful in attracting your attention ( which I am assuming they are, of course), what's she got to worry or get homicidal about? So what if others think you are attractive?

She was joking - and so was I just now. I mean jealous of time, attention, in that sense. Not jealous of other people. For example, after what she thinks is too much tv watching, she will turn my head away from the tube and say "I am jealous of the tv now Bradik, talk to me". Jealous in only the mildest sense here. I do the same to her after her third hour of nonstop phone conversation.

My wife is from Mindanao, I dig that area most of the Philippines.

I can't stand Manila, but love it once I land in Davao and start exploring the Mindanao region.

I agree. I am usually not a jealous person but the distance has put a huge strain on things. Especially when his ex-gf from years ago kept calling him for a while. The wench married my husband's cousin out of the blue.. I now realize she has serious issues. Not our problem anymore. HA Life is good now !

So far, my SO hasn't given me anything to feel jealous about... except for the amount of time he can spend on the beach.

However, I know from past experiences that there are situations where I can get jealous.

To answer the OP's question...

I don't think I'm a jealous type. Or if I am, there should be a major reason for me to get jealous.

In our relationship, it's even funny that I'm the one telling my man to go out and hang out with other people, even if it will mean he'll be around women. I trust my man and in fairness to him, he makes me feel so secure about my place in his life.

Also, I always tell him that I don't mind if there are other women flirting with him, that just means I'm not the only one who thinks he's gorgeous. I should be flattered then. BUT once he returns the flirting, that's another story. Though I'm not so worried about that. He knows what will be the consequence and he knows that no man will ever be happy with it

I am not the jealous sort usually. Lately I have been though just because the waiting and the separation has been too long and we both have gone through our pregnancy, post partum, 1st anniversary etc away from each other. We both are on the edge now ready to snap. The good thing is its only 3-4 weeks till Daniel gets home and I will get back to normal soon
