I received the card today as well :)

3/29/06 - AOS Approved!

3/3/08 - Check cashed for ROC at CSC...

Feb 2009 - Called USCIS to see what the heck was goin' on...

FEB 20th 2009 - Received email - GC on the way!

I am APPROVED for the 10 year PR Card!

It took 7 business days to come after approval mail.

We received our approval 6 months after filing (2/20). Had 1 RFE because they couldn't match up our daughters N-600 with the AOS and thought we owed for another biometrics fee. Once we sent in copies of the N-600 forms & check, approval came in two weeks. Now we are just waiting for the N-600 to be approved for our daughter. Appears that a legal adoption and name change done allows you to skip the Lifting of Conditions, and go straight to citizenship for a child. Time will tell.
