30-60 days sometimes less

It is reflected in the estimated approval dates. I have adjusted it to assume 14 days. This may be optimistic though. Thoughts?

14 is more reasonable. mine took 20, but was still within the timeline estimate by 1 day :) thank you!

14 days is being lucky. the normal waiting period is 30-60 days...thats according to USCIS. telling ppl it takes norm 14 days gets ppls hopes up.

when giving an estimated time, its 30-60 days. sometimes they work faster, sometimes they actually work accordingly to the timeframe

The system now looks at the statistical breakdown of RFE's in terms of how much time it adds per Service Center and then adds that. I clip the amount added between 14-30 days. So if the calculation is between those #'s, say 23 then it will ad 23 days. If it is over or under it will be 30 or 14. I figure 30 and 14 are probably the most / least we would ever see (any higher or lower would be because of data entry errors).
