Congratulations!

I received a letter in the mail today confirming that my file has indeed been sent to the CSC. We filed the first week of July 08. I'm hopeful something will happen soon. I'm getting antsy! I'm coming up on having been in the US for 3 years and I would like to just get the whole thing over and done with.

We are all so PC, I think it's BS that someone is approved in 6 months while everyone else has to wait for 1yr plus, this isn't because he lives in VT, I live in the state next door and there are probably 150 I751 cases from NH total in one year, So should mine have beem 7 or 8 months, It's been 11 months so far and nothing in sight,

I'm happy for you Gman but It's a bunch of #######.

I must agree... I am happy for Gman, but I also have been waiting 11 months... yesterday I saw some approved who applied in Nov and June... as much as I am happy they are moving, I am also wondering what in the world is going on...I don't think it's evidence, b/c I had tons of it, bills (water, light, gas, dish, internet, phone, cell phone even with the millions of calls me make to each other each day during work time high lighted), mortgage, past rental, vacations (airlines, car rental, hotels), insurance (car, home, health, life), pictures, credi cards and credit card statements, large ticket purchases together, affadavits, correspondances, our dogs with both our names on their paperwork, memberships, etc.

Mailed N-400 March 6th via priority certified mail and Rec'd 9th (confirmation by USPS)

NOA rec'd: 3/19/2009 (date 3/16/2009, priority 3/9/2009)

Biometrics rec'd 3/26/2009, appt 4/9/2009

IL: 5/22/09

ID: 07/06/2009

Oath: 07/16/2009

SSN updated: 7/16/2009 (not received yet)

Passport rec'd: 8/15/2009(nat. certif not rec'd yet)

I can understand the feelings a lot of you have and believe me we were prepared for a long wait. When we were getting our application sorted Kathryn told me to file it straight to VSC not TSC and when I looked on the USCIS site they too said to file to VSC not TSC. I dont know if this helped but our card was ordered on the 26th now we are waiting on getting them in our grubby lil mitts lol :D

Hope they speed up for all who is still waiting

Ange

We had all of our upsets on the first AOS application including a letter of denial and were told to leave the country !!!!!

As you can see we got that sorted out . Thank goodness.
