Hi Guys, even that I'm a new around here I just want to share with you the following info that I got on my email today:

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On February 18, 2009, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

You can choose to receive automatic case status updates, which will be sent via email. Please click here to create an account online.

Now, I sent my application on 08/20/2008, got my NOA and my Biometrics on September (sorry, can't remember the exacts days) and I've been carrying my extended letter everywhere I was going.

I was praying for a smooth and easy (no RFE or Interview) in my case and waiting for June 20th to start worrying 'cause is the average of 10 months for VSC to approve your case.

Well, somewhere up there might like me a lot 'cause in only 6 MONTHS I got approved!!!!! (by the way, my case was never forward to CSC)

So there's still hope for ALL OF YOU, don't give up!!!! I'll see you on the Naturalization Forum in June!!!!:dance::dance::thumbs::thumbs:

Wow - and there are still applicants from January, February and March waiting for approval. Ok, so you did you bribe? (kidding!) Congratulations.

Hi TheGman,

:star: Congratulations, TheGman on getting your 10yr green card! :star:

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you, TheGman!

Good luck too on your Citizenship application and the rest of your immigration journey!

Ant (Still waiting at the VSC, Still waiting for Baby...)

P.S. Ok, congratulations aside...I can't believe that I applied at the same week as you did last August, and you got approved already, and I'm still waiting... :crying: ...Seems kind of unfair there, isn't it? Oh well, I guess that's the way that the USCIS works..Those who live in Vermont, such as you, get "better" treatment from the USCIS...Maybe they don't want the bad press locally there or something...?

WOW! That's great! Congratulations! VSC got Farouk's I-751 Sept. 4, and biometrics were shortly after that, so maybe we're right behind you there. I was trying to figure out how they're determining which apps to pawn off on CSC because if they sent ours there now....that is IF they're actually doing that....we may be waiting the same 6 months more if it stayed at VSC, but so far we haven't been touched, no RFEs, etc. Just waiting......

Congrats again! PARTY TIMEEEEEEE !!

Thanks AntandD, but what can I say about your thoughts????? I live in Vermont, the press here doen't have the presence that it has in NY, FL or MA so I don't think that's a factor. A lot of folks around here don't have a clue how the inmigration process works, they don't even know where Peru is locate!!!!

I didn't do anything special or different than any of you, the time will come for everybody
