hi! i sent my i-751 petition packet to remove resident condition via USPS EXPRESS mail and i didnt thought they would require a signature to deliver it. and the california service center address is a PO box. now i got an email forom the usps that they left a notice forUSCIS to pick it up or redeliver the package, if not it will be sent back to me. MY QUESTION IS:

1. is the USCIS gonna pick it up or will send someone to sign it?

i dont want my money go to waste and get the packets back. i just wanted it to be there on time. PLEASE HELP! please answer this question, anyone who have experienced this too! :crying:

i have found an answer to my own post LOL. It was delivered to PO Box on the 18th and they left a msg there for someone to pick it up, the next day 19th, someone from USCIS picked it up and signed it. Thank GOD!

*** someone will actually sign and pick it up, if u have chosen to mail it express mail that requires a signature. but next time i will just use priority, i tihnk its the same and will save u more money LOL. :whistle:
