Hi Everyone,

I understand some people that just got their NOA1 can't register to see their petitions online because Vermont Service Center is having problems with the site. I just wanted to know if anyone knows whether its affecting online updates for those who are able to see their petitions. I got an rfe and submitted the documents but i haven't seen any touch or update so i was wondering if there is something wrong with the site or they are just not working on my file at the moment. Any help with this will be appreciated.

Good luck to all waiting for NOA2!

An RFE can take a week to months to resolve, it depends on a case by case basis.

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI

I was able to see my status first time I tried after receiving my NOA1, which was probably like 10 days or so after the NOA1 date (I use a PO box which I only check once a week and didn't try status for a few days after receipt.)

We have not been able to check the status online at all since the NOA1 was received in November 10, 2008. However, when my fiance went to the local office for an appointment the other day, just to find out what's going on, the lady seemed to be able to see from her computer that our case is "PENDING." I hope this helps.
