hi to all vj.im new in this forum but i need some one to help me with this big impact in my life.to start with,my fiancee had an interview at consulate but the big problem was that she printed the chat that we talked about sex sorry to mention.then the consular officer was read it and instead he will approve the case he got angry coz of what he read.so,he gve blue slip and wrote case was revoked and return to nvc and after2-3 weeks call nvc and try to ask what step u can do.so,is there any chance to get an approval or they will totally revoked and need to start all over again?please need help dnt knw what to do now.thanks

That is too bad. I was careful to read all the chats before I sent them as evidence. I am not sure what they will do with that or what a blue slip means.

Comments : She recived the first notice from Manila on Valentines day. Perfect timing.

The first setback came during the medical. Naty had to do the 3 day sputum and then we waited 2 months for the results. YESSSS>came back negative

Went for her interview on July 16th and received her Pink Slip......Finally. Paid the AIR21 and I expect her here August 10th, 2009. Marriage will be August 21st, exactly 4 years to the day that we first met.

The case was probably revoked because of not enough evidence. Is that all she presented? One text of one chat about sex? Idoubt the sex part got you the blue slip, it was a lack of anything else. You have to prove an "ongoing relationship" that supports the visa applied for. You need to give enough that someone who doesn't know you can decide it is a legitimate relationship between two people that want to share the rest of their lives. What you told us about wouldn't do it.
