Hi all,

A relative is getting another non immigrant travel visa to US, since the previous one expired, the US embassy website in moscow states that it should not be neccessary to come all the way to moscow again if its the same type of visa, but they were called to travel. Their current travel visa expired just a few weeks ago, they applied for it 2 years ago, and were given a 2 year visa. Could it be possible to be called to Moscow to just be finger scanned to get the visa, since the interview is not really neccessary for previous visa holders of the same type? Just wondering if that's a new requirement, if anyone knows.

Thanks!

Mike.
