:time:http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=34244 It has nothing about visa, and adjustment of status.

You will need a letter of consent from husband in order to get US passports for your children, if the children were born in the USA.

I came back to this site to check my post and I saw yours. Somebody told me to bring B-certificate and notarized letter from my husband. I just remember the last time I went to the Phils (2006) with my 1 yr old son, I did not have any documents with me just his passport. They did not ask me about documentation like b-certificate or letter.

I will be going back to the Phils. this time with my 2 sons. I am still searching for cheaper tickets. :D

If you don't mind, do you have tickets already? Did you find a good price?

Thanks

That was my previous question also. I am not sure of the exact date of my return because I have some stuff that need to be done there. I was thinking its either buy one way ticket or open ticket. But I finally decided to get round trip ticket and just pay for the change return fee.

I don't know if you need a documentation for your stepkids. It probably safer to bring a b-cert or letter from their dad since you are not the parent (just my opinion) because you will be consider as guardian.
