I-130 filed concurrently with I-485

My husband, the USC, is filing I-130 concurrently with I-485 for me. On form I-130 under the "Information about your relative" section, what address should we put down for me? I am presently in the US adjusting from a visitor's visa. Do we write down the US address I am staying at, or my address back in Canada?

Also, for Question 21 (If filing for husband/wife, last address at which you lived together) do we write down the address we're staying at now, dated from the day I arrived in the US until PRESENT or should I leave it blank since we have not lived together prior to this?
