My question is in regards to my K2 son. I have received all the NOA's back from USCIS for my application to AOS. However, I have not received my K2 son's NOA's back. I filed his I-485 at the same time, in the same envelope with my application. Does anyone know, will I get separate NOA's for his applications? Should they not have come with my NOA's?

Thank you in advance!

Did it come shortly after your NOA's for your I-485? It has only been 6 days since we received my NOA's for the I-485. Maybe they will be in the mail today! Thanks for your response!

Calamy thank you for raising this query. I would probably need the info about these when I go there and adjust status.

Hope we get a response soon.

Have you received a NOA for your son? I am currently in the same situation I received my wifes interview date today but nothing for my step daughter.

You WILL get separate NOAs, they will not come in the same envelope as yours. The files can get separated and processed separatley. Ours all came in separate envelopes but all withn a few days of each other.
